I AM ALIVE WITH THE SPIRIT

I am alive with the Spirit

I am alive with my God

I am filled with His peace

I am filled with His love

I sing in the morning

I rest in peace at night

And as I praise my God

I dwell in the Light

To know I am a divine child

To know my soul shines bright

To know I am Love itself

That I am perfect in His sight

There is nothing that can part me

From His divine grace

Nothing I can ever do

To turn from His shining face

No darkness can overcome me

No trouble can lodge in my heart

For I know the Truth of my being

The power I’ve possessed from the start

Fear cannot overcome me

Nor sorrow lay claim to my heart

I rest in the blessed knowing

God and I are never apart
